Gaiam Relax Neck & Shoulder Wrap

I've been microwaving this for about 90 seconds and draping it over my shoulders after work, and the warmth combined with the gentle lavender scent really helps melt the tension. The rice filling molds perfectly to the curve of my neck without feeling too heavy.

The lavender rice filling smells so calming, and it actually molds around my neck instead of sitting stiff like my old heating pad. Two minutes in the microwave and it stays warm through a whole chapter of my book.

I keep this in the freezer and it's become my nightly ritual for the knot between my shoulder blades. The lavender scent is subtle enough that it doesn't give me a headache like some other wraps I've tried.
