Gaiam Essentials Fitness Mat & Sling (10mm)

I was pleasantly surprised by how much the 10mm thickness cushioned my hips during floor exercises. The non-slip ridges really do keep the mat steady, even during dynamic stretches.

The non-slip ridges actually hold firm on hardwood floors during my ab circuits, and the carrying sling is a nice bonus for toting it to class. I've used it almost daily for a month and it still looks brand new.

The 10mm thickness is no joke—my knees and elbows finally stopped aching during floor work. The non-slip ridges actually keep me from sliding around during planks, which I didn't expect at this price.
