ミニピンポイントマッサージャー

The pinpoint knob is perfect for digging into that knot between my shoulder blades, and the curved handle gives me a good grip. Haven't felt this relaxed after a long day in weeks.

The grooved wheel works better than I expected for rolling out my calves after a run, and the curved handle is easy to grip even when my hands are sore. It's small enough to keep in my gym bag, which means I actually use it instead of leaving it at home.

I keep this in my bag for post-run calf tightness and the small knob gets right into the spot my foam roller can't reach. The grooved wheel is great for a quick once-over on my quads, though I wish the handle were slightly longer for my own grip.
