Premium Metallic Medallion Yoga Mat (6mm)

The 6mm thickness has been a lifesaver for my knees during lunges and floor poses. I was worried the metallic finish might make it slippery, but the texture actually keeps my hands planted even when I'm sweating.

The 6mm thickness is no joke — my knees stopped complaining during pigeon pose on the first try. The metallic pattern gets compliments every class, and the textured surface grips even when my palms get sweaty.

I was a little worried the metallic surface would be slippery, but the texture gives me a solid grip even during sweaty sessions. The 6mm cushioning is a nice balance of support and stability for my joints. Only reason it’s not a 5-star is the finish shows scuffs faster than I’d like.
