Backroller met twee zones

I’ve been using this on my upper back after sitting at a desk all day, and it really digs into those knots. The dual zones let me adjust the pressure easily without having to contort myself. Feels way better than using a tennis ball.

My lower back was killing me after a week of heavy deadlifts, and lying on this thing for a few minutes each night genuinely loosened it up. The dual zone design is the part I didn't expect to notice, but the gap for my spine means I can roll right along it without that weird pressure on the bones.

Rolled on this for ten minutes after sitting at my desk all day and my lower back felt looser right away. The dual zone design actually hits both sides of my spine without digging into the bones, which I didn't expect. It's small enough to keep under the couch.
