I’ve been using this roller for a week now and the 36-inch length makes it easy to work on my entire back without constantly repositioning. It’s firm enough to release tight spots but still comfortable for daily spinal alignment.

The 36-inch length is perfect for rolling out my whole back in one stretch instead of shifting around. Foam is firm enough to actually work the knots but I do wish it was slightly softer on my hip bones.
