冷療按摩滾筒

I’ve been using this roller after my evening runs, and the 20 minutes of cold relief is perfect for targeting my sore quads. The gel stays icy the whole time without dripping, which is a huge plus for me.

Tossed this in the freezer before bed and used it on my tight shoulders the next morning. It stayed cold for a solid 15 minutes, which was plenty to work out the knots. Way better than balancing a bag of frozen peas.

My calves were screaming after leg day, so I grabbed this out of the freezer and it stayed properly cold for a solid 20 minutes of rolling. I've never had a roller hold its temperature like that without turning into a dripping mess.
