Evolve 平衡板

The base is wider than I expected, so I don't feel like I'm going to tip over even when I shift my weight to type. My back and legs actually feel more awake after a few hours of use, and it's become a permanent part of my afternoon routine.

I stand at my desk all day and this board actually keeps my legs moving instead of locking up. The ergonomic curve makes it easy to rock heel to toe without looking down. Two weeks in and my core feels like it's finally doing something at work.

My lower back used to ache by 3pm, but after two weeks on this balance board that afternoon slump is basically gone. The textured surface keeps my feet from sliding even in socks, and I catch myself engaging my core without thinking about it.
