I’ve been using these for heavy lifting and the grippy palm really keeps the bar from slipping, even when my hands get sweaty. The cushion is just enough to prevent calluses without feeling bulky.

The neoprene padding on the palms saved my hands during pull-up day, no more raw calluses. Grip held up fine even once I started sweating halfway through.

Wore these for a full hour of kettlebells and my palms stayed dry thanks to the neoprene padding. The polyester back breathes enough that I forget I have them on.
