I've been using this for about a week now and my shoulders already feel less rounded at my desk. The neoprene is thick enough to provide real support without digging into my skin.

Wore this for two hours at my desk and forgot it was even on, which says a lot since my old brace dug into my armpits. The soft-touch neoprene doesn't trap heat the way I feared, and by day three I was actually catching myself sitting up straight without it.

The neoprene material is surprisingly breathable—I wore it all day without feeling sweaty or restricted. My shoulders naturally fall back now, and my back pain has noticeably decreased after just a week
