I’ve been using it after my runs and the three textured heads really dig into knots along my spine without hurting. It’s compact enough to toss in my gym bag too, which makes recovery way more convenient.

My shoulders were killing me after long desk days, and the pointed head gets right into that knot better than my old foam roller ever did. It's small enough to keep by the couch, so I actually use it instead of forgetting about it.

The three textured heads are what sold me — the pointed one gets right into the knot between my shoulder blades. I keep it on my desk now and use the flat head on my calves while I'm on calls.
