Gaiam Relax 手持按摩器

The compact 3.25-inch width makes it easy to grip and use on my neck after long days at the desk. Really helps work out the knots without needing a bigger, bulky device.

I keep this little wooden tool in my work bag since it's only 3.25" wide, and it's become my go-to for loosening up my calves after long shifts on my feet. The rounded head gets right into the tight spots without needing much pressure.

The rounded tip digs into my shoulder knots way better than my thumbs ever could, and the 3.25" size means it actually fits in my gym bag. Been using it after long desk days and my neck finally loosens up.
