Premium Citron Sundial Yoga Mat (6mm)

The 6mm thickness gives me just enough cushion for my knees during floor poses, but I still feel stable and connected to the ground. The non-slip surface really held up even when I started sweating through a hot flow.

The citron sundial pattern is even prettier in person, and the light heather gray hides dust way better than my old dark mat. The non-slip surface really holds up during hot yoga, no sliding around in downward dog.

Six millimeters is the sweet spot for my knees during lunges, and the non-slip surface holds up even when my hands get sweaty mid-flow. The citron pattern on the heather gray is subtle enough that I don't mind leaving it out in the living room.
