Athletic dynaMat (5mm)

The extra length is perfect for my downward dog without my feet hanging off the edge—finally, no more sliding off the mat mid-pose. The 5mm thickness gives just enough cushion for my knees during lunges, but it still feels stable for balancing poses. I'm actually excited to stretch out fully now.

I'm 6'2" and always had to shuffle my feet back onto the mat mid-flow, but the extra length here finally lets me stretch out without hanging off the end. The 5mm cushioning is firm enough that my balance doesn't wobble in tree pose.

The extra width is what sold me — I can finally hold warrior three without my foot hanging off the edge. It's 5mm so my knees don't ache in lunges, and it still rolls up tight enough for my gym bag.
