Reversible Spiral Motion Yoga Mat (6mm)

I’ve been using the fossil print side for my morning flows, and the 6mm cushioning really saves my knees on hardwood floors. The spiral motion pattern actually helps me focus on alignment during transitions.

The wave print side looks so cool that I actually unrolled it just to admire the pattern before my first practice. The 6mm cushioning is perfect for my knees during floor poses without feeling too thick.

Six millimeters of cushioning makes a real difference on my hardwood floor—my knees don't ache after pigeon pose anymore. I flip between the wave and fossil sides depending on my mood, and both have held up fine after a month of daily practice.
