The built-in counter keeps me honest about my reps, and I love that it starts at a manageable 20 pounds. I’ve already noticed better endurance in my forearms after just a week of using it during work breaks.

I keep this in my desk drawer and squeeze out reps during boring conference calls. The built-in counter is weirdly motivating, I'm up to 60 per hand now and my forearms actually feel it. Being able to bump the resistance as I get stronger is what sold me.

Dialing the resistance from 20 up to 80 pounds takes a second, which is perfect for warming up before moving to my heavier sets. The handle grooves actually dig into my palm just enough that it doesn't slip when my hands get sweaty.
