Navy Fleur Marrakesh Yoga Mat (4mm)

The grip is just right—I can hold down dog without sliding at all, which was my biggest issue before. The 4mm thickness gives just enough cushion for my knees without feeling bulky.

I was worried a 4mm mat would feel too thin on my hardwood floor, but this one surprised me — my knees don't ache during lunges anymore. The no slip grip actually holds, even when my hands get sweaty mid-flow.

The 4mm cushioning is the sweet spot for me—enough support for my knees in lunges but I can still feel the floor for balance poses. Even after a sweaty vinyasa it didn't slide around on my hardwood.
